    The inspiration

    The millions of tiny plants & animals that drift along the ocean tides & currents are highly important to our survival. They are the foundation of the marine food web, they remove carbon dioxide from seawater, creating oxygen like you wouldn't believe, and they are a source of food for larger animals like whales - long may they continue!
